Joneja Bright Steels Private Ltd. [JBSPL] is a Privately owned, Progressive, and Independent producer of Bright Steel Bars and Wires. It has its Office and plants in Faridabad which is part of New Delhi National Capital Region (NCR), India. The company was formed in 1987 and occupies a little over 150,000 sq. ft. of factory space dedicated to the flow line of Automated Combined Drawing Machines, Draw Benches, Wire Drums, Inverted Bull Blocks, Peeling and Grinding Lines, Pit Furnaces, and Bell Annealing Furnaces. Over the years, JBSPL has grown to be the one-stop shop for most requirements of General Engineering Wires, Spring Steel Wires, Hard Bright (HB) Wires, Half Hard Bright (HHB) Wires, Wires for Spring Washers and Circlips, Cold Heading Quality Wires and Profiles, Shaped Bars, Cold Drawn Bars, Centre-less Peeled Bars and Ground Bars. The well-equipped plants are manned by qualified professionals who are geared to produce High-Quality products which are manufactured with utmost precision from Quality steel Procured from Mukund Ltd, Sunflag Iron & Steels Ltd., Tata Steel, JSW Steels Ltd., Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd.( RINL) Each product is subject to stringent quality checks at every step From Incoming of the Raw material, Manufacturing till Dispatch.
FACILITIES
Since the inception of JBSPL, there has been an ongoing commitment for investment in Premises, Plants, and Personnel to continuously improve production capability and service to meet the high demands of customers.
Our In-House Capacity per annum on a single shift basis is as follows:
- 9600 MT of General Engineering Wires.
- 2400 MT of Wires used for making Springs and Circlips.
- 9600 MT of Cold Heading Quality Wires.
- 18000 MT of Cold Drawn Bars.
- 4800 MT of Ground Bars.
- 2400 MT of Peeled Bars.
OUR PLANTS
At present four plants, all located at Faridabad are dedicated for different products and customer’s requirements.
PLANT I: Plot No 239, Sector-24: The corporate office along with the plant. This plant is dedicated to low-volume high-value products like Trapezoidal wires for Circlips and Spring washers, Spring Steel Wires, Half Hard Bright (HHB) Wire and Hard Bright (HB) wire for General Engineering products of various Grades.
PLANT II: Plot No 244, Sector -24: This plant is entirely into processing of Cold Heading Quality Wires used for the Manufacture of High Tensile fasteners, Nuts & Bolts. It is fully equipped with Electrically Heated, Inert Atmosphere, PLC controlled State-of-Art Bell Annealing furnaces used for Speriodization. Inverted bull blocks, pickling-phosphate-lube Coating-Baking facilities are capable of delivering Quality Goods steadily. Four IVDs [Inverted Vertical Drums] are in place which not only allows drawing of wire into independent stands but also in varying the internal diameter of wires as desired by the customers. These IVDs are capable of delivering upto 2MT of drawn wires on to individual coil stands with a max. Diameter of 32mm. The traditional Inverted Bull Blocks Machines are installed to take care of the entire production capacity and range.
PLANT III: On Haryana State Highway of Ballabgarh Sohna Road, Village Nangla Gujran, Faridabad. This plant is entirely into the processing of Bright Steel Bars, Peeled Bars and Ground Bars. It has Three lines of the State-of-Art Combined Drawing Machines which are fully capable of delivering finished Bright Steel Bars of large tonnage in a short time. Bar Peelers and an array of Grinding machines cater to the market needs for specialized components.
All plants have 100% power Backup with an Adequate Material Handling facility, Proper Storage area as well as skilled manpower. Tracing of every single Coil or Bar, right from incoming, processing to finish products is our USP. This is done by a Unique Code Number which is the single connecting thread and can be linked from the purchase Bill to the Dispatch Bill and at any Intermediate stage. All the plants of JBSPL are connected by WAN and the Business processes are linked with ERP [Microsoft NAVISION]. One server is dedicated for Running the ERP while another is used for E-Mails.
